Dave joined BridgeStreet Partners in 2015 with more than three decades of retained executive search experience.  Dave’s expertise includes recruiting senior-level executives for companies in the technology, industrial, and service sectors ranging from startups to major multinationals.  Dave has also worked closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to help recruit top financial talent.  Additionally, Dave has recruited chairs and members of audit committees and financial experts for boards of directors.

Prior to joining BridgeStreet Partners, Dave spent over 17 years at Korn Ferry where he was a Senior Partner in the Financial Officers Practice and the Board Practice.  Earlier, he was a Partner in two other major executive search firms and the practice director of the Southwest region for the executive search division of a global professional services firm. Dave began his career in the Audit Practice of KPMG where he directed the annual audit of companies in manufacturing, industrial, and service industries.

Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida, where he served for several years on the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Business. A CPA, Dave is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Service Engine BPO, a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions.
