Sharon is Director of Research and Operations at BridgeStreet Partners and has more than 20 years of retained search experience focused on C-level assignments.  Sharon heads the firm’s research where she works closely with each Managing Director to develop specific search strategies focused on candidate identification.  Sharon also has had primary financial and administrative responsibility for the firm since its inception in 2007.

Prior to BridgeStreet Partners, Sharon was a Consultant at A.T. Kearney Executive Search and prior to A.T. Kearney, Sharon was a Senior Manager in the Consulting Group at Ernst & Young. She began her career in Strategic Planning at Pepsi USA in New York.

Sharon graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
